By purchasing from our farm or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and food safety for everyone.

Local Pickup & Meetup Only

​

All products are sold by local pickup or scheduled local meetup only. We do not offer shipping of any kind.

Pickup locations, dates, and times will be communicated in advance. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive on time and prepared to safely transport their purchase (coolers are recommended for fresh poultry).

Fresh Food Sales

​

We sell fresh, farm-raised food produced in small batches.

Because of the nature of fresh food:

 

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges

  • Once food leaves our care, we cannot guarantee how it is handled or stored

​

Refunds & Making It Right

​

If there is a legitimate issue caused by our mistake (such as a processing or packaging issue), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup.

​

If the issue is determined to be our fault, we will make it right through a:

​

  • Refund

  • Credit toward a future purchase

  • Or another fair resolution

​​

Refunds are not issued for personal preference, cooking results, missed pickups, or improper handling after pickup.

Food Safety Disclaimer

​

All food products should be handled, stored, and cooked properly. Raw poultry should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.

By purchasing from our farm, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with handling and consuming raw agricultural products and agree to assume responsibility once the product is in your possession.

Availability & Pre-Orders

​

Our products are produced in limited quantities and availability may change by season. Pre-orders are recommended and may be required for certain items.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline orders if necessary to maintain quality and fairness.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our farm is not responsible for illness, injury, or damages resulting from improper handling, storage, preparation, or consumption of products after pickup.

All content on this website—including text and images—is the property of our farm and may not be used without permission. We reserve the right to update information, pricing, or availability at any time.
