SHIPPING  & DELIVERY

At this time, we do not offer shipping on any of our products.

Because our items are produced in small batches and often require refrigeration, all orders are available by local pickup or local meetup only.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take a lot of pride in what comes off our farm, and we stand behind everything we sell.

Because we work with fresh, farm-raised food, all sales are final. For food safety reasons, we’re not able to take returns or exchanges once food has left our care.

When We’ll Make It Right

If something isn’t right due to our mistake—whether that’s a processing issue, packaging problem, or something that clearly shouldn’t have happened—we want to know.

  • Please reach out to us within 24 hours of pickup

  • Let us know what’s going on (photos help, if available)

  • We’ll review the situation and make it right

 

Depending on the situation, that may mean:

  • A refund

  • A credit toward a future purchase

  • Or another fair solution

We’re a small farm, and our reputation matters to us. If there’s ever an issue on our end, we’ll do our best to take care of it fairly and honestly.
