This product is farm-raised and processed on our farm in small batches. Our poultry is not USDA-inspected and is sold in accordance with Georgia’s poultry exemption regulations for direct-to-consumer sales.
All poultry should be handled and cooked properly. Keep refrigerated or frozen until use and cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. As with all raw poultry, there is a risk of foodborne illness if mishandled.
